Supported Loss Factor Types

Factor specifies the type of losses applicable to a rate code. The following options are available:

Metered Energy

This loss type uses the energy measured at the meter, for example, as specified in the consumption file.

Distribution Loss Adjusted

Consumption is adjusted to account for losses using the distribution loss factor.

Distribution Losses

Represents the total consumption calculated as lost during distribution.

Transmission Loss Adjusted

Consumption is adjusted to account for losses using the transmission loss factor.

Transmission Losses

Represents the total consumption calculated as lost during transmission.

Transmission and Distribution Loss Adjusted

Consumption is adjusted using both the transmission and distribution loss factors.

Transmission Distribution Losses

Represents the total consumption calculated as lost during both distribution and transmission.
